I found this but not tested yet

It takes only 80 MB to download but after rozarhivatsii boot disk is full size in 2.4 Gb Also in the files is to install this instruction. FULL WINDOWS VISTA! How do you compress to such small sizes!? I tried PowerArchiver it only goes about half the size? What am I doing wrong?
